I got a phone on 9/2/15 and they said that they were going to move my old phone number to that phone, well, the following day I returned because I had realized that I had still not been assigned a number and they have yet to return me my money. Needless to say that I had to wait in line for a phone for about an hour and just to return it I had to wait in line for another 2 hours. Not good service and I want my money back. Maybe it just hasnt landed in my account yet but if I return something for bad service, I want my money back immediately. DO NOT GO TO THIS AT&T

I went into this store with an issue I had been trying to get fixed for months and Haillie stepped up did everything she could to fix my issue and made sure I was very satisfied. I will definitely be shopping exclusively at this location from now on. Everyone should visit this store and ask to speak to Haillie or anyone of the people who work there as they will make you feel like family and do what ever they can to make you satisfied

My experience was a total life changing event at the att store this manly goliath of a man came up to me with his impressive beard and asked me what was wrong i was at the store to change numbers to get away from a crazy exgirlfriend chris helped me threw all the step n helped me get a phone up grade and my porn stream never skips or buffs and thank god my garth brooks dosnt buff i give u a five star rating
