I have been a customer to Wells Fargo for 10 years but in the last couple of years the employees have became super pushing both by phone and in person. They almost always want to review my account and try to get me to speak to someone after I am done at the teller station, even when I go though the drive though they try to get me to come in. The staff seems to be getting younger and cocky especially the man. The final straw was when they take my SS# writing on a piece of paper and put it into the trash. I ask them to shred it please and he picked it up and ripe it in half, and then started in with his attitude and proceeded to flirt with my wife. My wife and I looked at each other knowing we were done and just left together after grabbing my SS# with out saying a word until now.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend banking with Wells Fargo to anyone. Went to the ATM at their branch in the lobby only to discover, along side many other angry patrons, that their ATM is not accepting deposits at this time. The machine was not broke because you could with draw but depositing was not allowed! I emailed customer service to inquire about the problem and three different people emailed me back throughout the entire conversation and no one even got close to dealing with the issue. One person told me that they hold checks sometimes depending on when I deposit them, another person told me that they were sorry I could not access my account information. This are not concerns I brought up, it is like no one was even reading my email!

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Do not use wells fargo for anything if you have any sense at all. Horrible customer service, they will charge you for every little thing they can come up with or make up. I wrote a bad review on here a long time ago and there were many other bad reviews alon with mine and now they have no reviews at all. Did they pay google to get rid of all the bad reviews because they had so many? How do you do that? the general public has the right to know what banks are crooks and who they should trust their money with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Extremely poor customer service on more than three visits to the local branch. We spoke with the assistant manager and the district manager on the last visit about problems with deposits and loan servicing questions. Neither one was solicitous about our concerns. No attempt was made to make us feel like Wells Fargo valued our business.

Tbh I have no idea what most people on here are talking about with the poor customer service. I come in here all the time to deposit checks, make changes to my account...etc. They are always awesome!! Friendly employees, very helpful, very professional, I have no complaints.

I have been calling this branch for over 2 days (10+ calls), they never answer their phone and it rolls into a call center. Terrible customer service.... I did get through once but instead of putting me on hold the individual disconnected me. :-/ No way to treat a customer.

The bankers here are very helpful. Less crowded in the evening and any work with tellers is less than a minute transaction. An attender who receive customers with a broad smile and takes them to respective places based on their purpose of visit. Overall good

Bad customer service. Always put a hold on my check even though I was a customer through them for over 2 years. Wells Fargo Financial where you get car loan from keep messing up on my car loan. Overall just a really corrupt crappy Bank

I wish I knew how the actual level of service this place offered.. Calling for the last hour, letting it ring the 5 min maximum each time (Verizon disconnects at the 5 min mark) 6 calls so far, 30 total ringing minutes.. No answer.

Have you ever tried to call this branch? No one picks up the phone. Branch manager promised to refund me a bank charge a month ago and I have yet to see the credit. $3.00 fee on viewing a check on-line!
