Pay attention when opening account. What they say and what they do are not the same. Plus, realize they have some policies regarding your deposits that work against you (they put your deposits on hold from 3 to 7 days). There are better banks/credit unions. The Green Mountain branch is understaffed. Expect long waits for services beyond the usual banking transactions. The clerk who opened account made numerous errors, consequently, the free checks were not free, simple transfers required multiple trips to the branch to get her work corrected and the so-called "on line" features are not always user friendly. Despite assurances that some of these mistakes would be corrected, I am still waiting. This was a mistake opening an account at Westerra.
