I have been with SCU for over 20 years when it use to be the best place ever. Friendly family oriented people quick service. Now everyone has left and the other day I was in to pick up a form. There were ZERO customers and I waited 30 minutes while the new manager and a few other employees talked about the Bronco Game and there were two gals in one office laughing and when I reminded David ( I believe that was his name) how long I had waited he interrupted the two girls and the one said oh there is someone here when the message had been sent 30 minutes prior. Not even an apology. Looking for another credit union for sure. BTW they had no idea what a POD was...

Worst place to get an auto loan. Had a car that got hail damage total loss with the insurance well owed more money than the car was worth. I thought this was a good place but it was the biggest mistake and problem now. Be careful when getting an auto loan with them they will mess up your credit and charge you 7,000 more than what your car is worth. No they sold my debit to another company and they are taking money from my pay checks making me lose so much but I will be posting on other sites. DO NOT TRUST OR GIVE THIS BANK YOUR MONEY!!! They are just another Wal-Mart chain makes me sick
