My watch had died and needed a new battery. They offered to replace it for $25 and I could get free batteries for life. I decided to just replace the old one, one time for $10, and come back in 45 minutes. I did so and left for home. By the time I got home the watch had stopped again after only a few minutes of leaving the store. I have a friend that has a watch opener and a battery checker, (I found out too late). He opened my watch and checked the battery and it was almost dead! He thinks they mistakenly put the old battery back in. The cost of going all the way back to Waterville, just for a watch battery, is not worth it. Very disappointed.

Everyone was very helpful and they were able to help me choose an engagement ring for my fiance. I was able to get the ring resized in a short period of time and also enjoyed the great gift bag we got for the engagement ring purchase. My husband got my engagement ring at the Waterville store and I got my wedding band there as well. Everyone was helpful with both buying experiences. I got my rings redipped and soldered together and it was completed quickly and looks perfect. Very happy with the customer service and products!

I was having trouble with a white gold purchase retaining the diamonds and was able to upgrade to platinum which alleviated the issue. I only had to pay the difference in metal up grade.
