My wife and her family have banked here for more than 10 years. However, if it were not for having a loan here we would have closed all accounts along time ago. Aside from becky in the loan department the ENTIRE staff is incompetant. Over the 3 years my wife and i have been married i cant even count how many times the bubble heads that work there have messed something up and thats actually pretty sad due to the fact that this is not our main bank, we only use them for the auto loan that is there. The most recent mistake was my wife had switched jobs and went a few weeks without a check. we were able to hold it together but we did get behind one month on her loan. one month they were on us bam to get their money. my wife arranged for a auto withdrawal to occur on the 14th of the month for the behind payment and then we would make the normal payment on the 28th and be back on track. Whatever bubble brain she talked to took that as i want to perminantly have 2 auto withdrawals done every month for the remainder of the loan. unfortunatly we didnt realize the error till the next month when they started taking money we didnt have budgeted out. when i brought this to their attention all i accomplished was making the ladies head start to smoke because she was too stupid to understand why i was mad. I RARELY, like NEVER write a negative review for someone but i feel people need to be warned if you want compitant people handling your money and customer service that doesnt cover up their own stupidity with excuses and rude behavior than DO NOT use CCCU.

I currently have a vehicle loan with CCCU and have for 2 years now. The customer service has been terrible, and I am harassed by a woman who says her name is Jade. I recently am dealing with an issue with my car insurance, they had sent a request of proof of car insurance to THE WRONG ADDRESS and so I never received this, once I was given the mail I called my insurance company and they sent out not just 1 letter verifying I have full coverage insurance and have for 3 years but 3 more letters and made several phone calls on my behalf. The credit union sent back the letters and added insurance on to my vehicle loan which raised my payment by 120.00 more per month and added 1,400 to my loan without even telling me and when they were fully aware that I was fully covered with my own insurance. Their banking practices are illegal and unfair. I have left messages trying to get this resolved and I have yet to receive a phone call back. My next step is reporting their practices to the federal reserve.

HORRIBLE customer service! The only one in the loan department that is worth talking to is Becky. Marcy/Marine (SP) is extremely rude and when trying to address an issue she kept cutting me off w some poor excuse for something the bank messed up on but failed to recognize or apologize for. The staff that I dealt w needs to revisit kindegarden and learn the basics in manners. Absolutely horrified and disgusted w service at Citizens Community

I used them for my car loan and they were acceptable for a credit union. I had a decent interest rate for a first time buyer. I had called a few times and left a message and never got a phone call back. I also wish they had more online services, like viewing my statements online or viewing my bills or making additional payments online.

Their visa program is the worst I have ever had. They say they have overdraft protection but it only covers checks not the card. Any deposits or transfers you make take at least 24 hours to take effect. Over all one of the worst banks I have ever worked with.

I have been with them for about a year. I once wanted to change the address and it happened over the phone in 10 seconds! Considering I did not have any history and co-signed for the load, I have to say I like it so far.
