I opened a savings account a couple of years ago. The interest rate on my most recent statement was 0.13% which amounted to 2 cents a month. They charged $10 in "dormant fees" because I did not make a withdrawal or deposit in the past year. I asked if they can reverse the fees in exchange for the interest they paid me but they just said screw you. This bank is a total ripoff. I deposited my money into this savings account because I thought it would be safe and earn interest, INSTEAD THEY WERE TAKING OUT $10 FOR EVERY 2 CENTS INTEREST THEY WERE PUTTING IN!!! A total scam.

NEVER WILL EVER OPEN ANYTHING AT THIS INSTITUTION EVER AGAIN! THEY ARE THE WORSE. WHEN I WAS LAID OFF SOMEHOW SOME INSURANCE WAS CHARGED OF $100, THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOOK IT OFF AND SILVER STATE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $35 REGARDLESS OF THE MISTAKE. NEVER HAD I EVER HAD AN OVER DRAWN. COLLECTIONS START CALLING AND THE MEAN ASST. MANAGER SAID THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT OFF. SAME THING THE OTHER GUY SAID "THE MANAGER WAS IN A MEETING" LIES! ONE STAR FOR BEING A BUILDING.
