The entire Florida Blue company and team is incompetent. I have called the support service line over 100 times in the last 3 months and my simple billing issues is yet to be resolved. I have spoken to a Jamil, Ernesha, Lewis, etc and left messages and emails to this centers site manager Barbara F and have yet to receive a call or email back. The phone number listed on the website is a fax number.How ignorant can this company be? Once I did get a customer service member on the line and she stated she could not help me as my policy was from 2013 and she could only assist with policies in 2014, how ridiculous?? Various other times I made contact with customer service reps, I was put on hold for a brief moment and the line would magically disconnect. Every time I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager they were always "out" of the office or "unavailable". I am writing to advise all potential health Care customers to be aware of Florida blue and research any other options. Honestly no health insurance is better that dealing with this company and there staff

Despite making over payments and making them a month early there was a mistake made within their billing department where my funds were going to another account number. The billing department sent a policy termination notification letter to the Health Insurance Market place. for more than 2 weeks now, I have been trying to work with the Pinellas Park Center to get this fixed. They admit this was a mistake on behalf of BCBS, but they can only give me assurances this will get fixed in 24-48 hours (more than 2 weeks later). My unpaid medical bills are piling up, and when I tried to call this Pinellas park office this afternoon, Today, I am only able to leave a message instead of getting help from a live person. I am now having to drive over to their office to speak with them about mounting unpaid medical bills. I was told my best option was to file a complaint with the Florida Insurance Commission as well as with my local Congressman.

excuse me however I have had a HORRIBLE time with BCBS itself AND with these people who rob you blind for a commission. When you have found the agents in a lie they are NEVER there to take your call to assist in the problems THEY created by smiling through their teeth Lying! yet its funny how they are right there to sign you up ready to take your money!!!!! I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THESE people AND BCBS! STAY AWAY NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THESE PEOPLE AND OR THIS BRANCH!!!!! IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO HUMANA SILVER MUCH BETTER CHEAPER PLAN AND THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!! PUT BCBS OUT OF BUSINESS!

Set up binder payment. .flblue had wrong ins. So I went to Pinellas park office. Paid Binder for blue options. 2 days later my bank acct is negative! This office assured me that once paid no furthrt attempts would be made and that flblue NEVER withdraws money in middle of month. Incompetent. ..at my ×@! expense.

Please do not choose this as your heath plan. Their are no pediatric doctor will take this plan. Their doctor search is outdated and wrong. Expect to pay 100 copays to see a Dr.
