Professional and right to the point. My kind of service. We had to change insurance due to changes at the end of 2013. What a nightmare. I finally ended up going off a recommendation to contact Ken. He quickly went into action to me figure out the best plan for our family. He also had to persistently contact Washington Healthplan Finder to fix the glitch in our application. I expected a hiccup to occur and leave us with no coverage at the beginning of the year. Ken really saved the day by taking care of everything and ensuring our family was covered by January 1.
