I was told to send a letter to close my account. Heard nothing. Sent Another letter. Heard Nothing after a month. Called up 7 times, was told everything was completed and they had received my letters. I Called up the next week to make sure because they have a habit of not doing their job and they still had not closed it. Still trying to close my account and no one at the Bank of Hawaii knows what is going on... still!

There is no Customer Service at Bank of Hawaii. They just canceled my debit card with no notification.This is the second time they really do suck. Change banks they have got to big for there own good. They never once said they are sorry they think they are never wrong.

After explaining and showing with proof how BOH is falsifying documents to sign up everyone on their Hawaiian Air Miles Debit Card, incurring BOH fees, the branch manager said I should go do my business at another bank. They lost my 6 accounts and business.

Haha, is there any company or institution in Hawaii that has a good review or more than 1 star ?! Oh poor Hawaii, this is a joke state ! If I put my toddlers together, they can make a better establishment than the state of Hawaii ! Horrible place !!
