I Came in today because i recieved a letter stating i needed to bring in proof of my soical security card, When i came into the Store Tracina Weber Asst. Manager of TCF bank addressed me with a very unprofessional attitude i explained my situation that i was only in the store so they can see my SSN card she looked at my SSN card and threw it back at my saying this is not a vaild SSN card and she was not going to take it. I then replyed how is it not valid she said i dont know but it is TCF bank policy that you bring in your W-2 Forms i said okay well i spoke to your 1-800 number and they said a SSN# was okay to bring in, She then stated well i dont know who you talked to but i will call them and make sure that they know on the mean well i left the store and called the 1-800 number back spoke to a supervisor and he said on the phone that it is not a policy and they will call the store becuase they accept SSN# card. Now at this point he called the store im on hold he gets back on the line and she had told him it was a colorado state law and now she was lying... This so called asst. manager is horriable she has no customer service, she treats he customers like trash. I have called the store manager and i have called the TCF HQ in colorado.... Dont go to this store she is horriable

This bank is really good there all very nice except for tony that guy is mean rude sometimes but everyone else is so friendly and funny they know me by my name and stuff makes me feel special at sometimes they could be slow but not too slow but I rather wait rather than go to another place where they Are rude and mean

The waiting period at this location is horrible. I was in the drive up teller for over 15 min!!! When I finally got their attention they were EXTREMELY RUDE.Iam so disappointed with my experience here I will not be coming back.

Worst bank ever?? Well, worst I have experienced. They are so cheap, they had 1 person working counter at end of day. Totally unacceptable... and they really do not seem to care! Closing my account.

I have been banking with TCF for a long time in Minnesota. Since moving to Denver I am seriously reconsidering. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and so slow.

It should not take 20 min to do a deposit through the drive up.... This bank is so slow... U either need more employees or the ones u have need to get it together

too many fees, few locations and a lot of red tape on accounts, leaving TCF was one of the best financial choices i have made
