I am a Massachusetts licensed real estate attorney and have worked with Bill Murphy and Fairway Independent Mortgage for almost five years now. I was first introduced to Bill in 2009 by one of my real estate agents who referred to him as a "sweeper" because he was able to save certain deals when other lenders were not able to get approvals. She was right. Since then, I have established a great working relationship with him and his team to ensure that our clients have the most positive and smooth experience. Unfortunately, there are hiccups in the road and not every real estate transaction goes the way we would like. What sets Bill and Fairway aside is that their level of communication to all parties involved (clients, agents, attorneys) that allows for deals to get to the closing table. They know the insides and out of this business and go over and beyond for their clients. They assist borrowers with repairing credit and educate the real estate agents and attorneys about what is new in mortgages. I personally trusted Fairway and Bill Murphy with my own mortgage when I purchased my home in May 2013. I have referred my friends family and real estate agents to Fairway and will continue to do so in the future
