This review is concerning the call center of Public Service credit union- PSCU charged me a $33.00 overdraft fee on my AVAILABLE balance not my account balance the day I had gone in to pay them, and refused to take off the fee although it was within 24hours of the fee being posted. I had a pending transaction which put the available balance lower than the account balance itself by $1.86!!!! A manager then proceeded to be extremely rude and inconsiderate while I attempted to get the money for my fee back. Needless to say, i hung up. I would rather pay the 33.00 overdraft than listen to someone be so rude to me.

I have been making payments on my auto loan for over a year to this Credit Union. Every month my amount due changes, they added insurance even though I already had my own. Refused to remove it from my account for months, finally admitted it was their fault and then continued to charge it to my account anyways. They keep pretending to fix the problem but every month the problem continues. I have had enough with your lack of customer care or service. You should be the Public Dis-service Credit Union.

Arvada Threading

I had been there last week to open up a business account for my store Arvada Threading; an eyebrow threading small store, the lady was very helpful. She was quick and did fix us with online banking too; which did save us some of our time. The I love their service. Being a credit union, they have maintained like a commercial one. Carolyn Brown is very nice, helpful and understanding.

We went in to open a youth savings and the staff overall was amazing! Laurie Ripley helped us out and she really went above and beyond, she even took our daughter into the vault and let her help with the coins. We typically go to the location on 120th in Thornton but the service was so good here, we will make the drive anytime we need help!

Every time I go to this branch they make a mistake and I am on the phone for an hour trying to fix what they did. I try to bank here because it is near my house. FOUR TIMES is more than enough. The Lakewood branch will get my business even though it is 30 minutes away
