Brenda Leech of Academy Mortgage pre qualified us for a mortgage of a Tacoma Condo. She was recommended by our realator and we found her to be very knowledgable and proffessional. She got us an excellet mortagage rate ad terms to fit our circumstaces and somehow arranged for the mtg company to pay part of our costs. By the time we decided to buy the Tacoma condo we were in our winter home in California. She was able to handle every thing very easily by phone and internet so that we did not have to make a trip back. We would use her again if the need arrises.
