I found Poli Mortgage through the internet and their great reviews. As soon as I asked around they were well known and highly spoken of. Chris Poli who I was connected with helped me close in quick manner before my apartment lease was up. Chris was very pleasant to talk to and also understanding to my situation. He helped me with emails and info to get all my ducks in a row for my 1st time buy. Laura F. who was processing my loan was amazing. She answered all my questions and her response rate for emails i sent and messages was great. You can tell this company cares about their clients. Even when Laura went on vacation I was informed ahead of time and her manager Shannon was just as great getting back to me and helping me make sure I had everything in and ready for them, as the loan was processing. They followed up after and I would definitely recommend this company. I am now a first time home owner and have a great house thanks to the help of Poli Mortgage!

These guys are the best in the mortgage business. David Weiser has financed and refinanced my mortgages at least 10 times in the last 10+ years. The experience has uniformaly been very good. In the first meeting he tells you what the steps are and once you lock a rate he gives you a timeline. Send in the paperwork and you are done, until he tells you about the closing arrangements. I have never found better rates elsewhere nor have I paid a dime for all the closings over the years. No high pressure salesmanship here, just down to earth execution. Additionally he will stay in touch even after closings, just in case rates drop and an opportunity to refinance comes up again. Five stars from me. -Prakash

We’ve worked with Peter McCourt at Poli for 10 years. We’ve done about 12 refis and 1 home purchase. Each time, the process could not have been smoother. Peter has always gone out of his way to help us, thinking outside of the box and presenting us with solutions to meet our different needs. We have never paid points or closing costs and have always received very personalized and straight-forward service. They even come to our house to sign the papers. JUST HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. GIVING ME A LOT HARD TIME. IF THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT TAKE MY LOAN AT THE BEGINNING THINGS WILL BE BETTER. THEY CHECKED MY EVERYTHING AND TOLD ME THEY WILL APPROVE MY LOAN IF I PROVIDE MY TAX TRANSCRIPT WHICH IT TOOK ME ALMOST ONE MONTH TO GET IT. FINALLY THEY TOLD ME THE DEBT RATIO IS TOO TIGHT THEY REJECTED MY LOAN. IF DEBT RATIO IS THE REASON THEY SHOULD HAVE REJECT MY LOAN AT THE VERY BEGINNING BECAUSE THEY CHECKED ALL MY INCOME. Keith Hapenney and the team at Poli were great. I was unhappy with my previous broker and switched to Keith based on a referral from one of my coworkers - and I will never look back! Everything was very organized and professional - and the rate that Keith was ablet to get me saved me over $200 a month on my mortage payment.
