The absolute worst financial Institute i have ever come across. 11hrs before closing on our home they decided they needed more documents putting off our closing date. Sent several different documents sever different times they always stated they never recieved them. Waited until day before closing to verify employment. Got info incorrect putting off closing once again. Couldnt be more infuriated with these people! Ive been telling eveyone i can to never use these people. Just not worth all the stress and inconvenience they have caused us. Several people in this office seriously need firing the lack of professionalism is mind-boggling

Their assigned Senior loan originator, Gregory Hanlon never returned several of my Phone calls as well as E Mail inqury regarding status of the My Refinance Loan. They never send appraiser out at my Home , as schedule, Twice Loan Processor A J Kamperdijk never kept her appointment conference call, And after I withdrawn my Loan Application with them, 3 weeks ago supervisor, promise to refund my Appraiser Fee of 475.00, I am still waiting for my refund. This company or their Loan Agent CAN NOT BE TRUSTED what they say verbally or in their emails. They even do not deserve one star.

I have a mortgage through CF. I updated and improved the house, asked CF what I need to do to drop the PMI. They said I would need a new appraisal from someone of their choice. I paid for the new appraisal and it lowered my LTV to 76%, meaning PMI should drop. CF denies this new appraisal because they deemed the improvements were not the cause of the increased value. So beware when trying to drop PMI that CF will deny you based off nothing and will not honor their own rules and regulations.

Everything went as stated, closing faster than initially planned but within the timeframe we needed, no pressure, accurate numbers, would def. use Cardinal again. Way out ranked the big bank guys who previously screwed our numbers. Thank you Alicia at Cardinal! Best thing, closing was at our home after dinner time! Totally accommodated our schedule.

Not the easiest to close with, at the last moment they realize they need a lot of documents from you, need to push them hard. But rewarding, saves you hundreds of dollars, and thousands in the long run.
