I feel that I was taken as a serious customer at the onset of my business with Summit Funding, which does not always happen. Having been referred by a very satisfied prior client, my expectations were automatically high for a successful outcome. As my journey commenced and proceeded my initial expectations were far surpassed. The staff was always extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was kept up to date with the status of my application. My deal closed right on time with no nonsense or delays. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to George Wise and the staff at Summit Funding for all of their help in financing my new home. I will surely be referring them to all my friends and colleagues in the future as thanks for a job well done.

Donna Goforth was great to work with. She went above and beyond any other finance business I have every dealt with to insure that all was taken care of and both my wife and I understood everything that was going on. It was good to know that we had someone in our corner taking care of us. Wow, What a horrible company. I called them after internet search, did app over phone and emailed current credit report. Asked them foe a pre approval so I could bid on home. Was told everything looked good. Carmen said she would call me back in two hrs. Never did, so I reached out to SR. loan officer George who was at the gym by 5 pm. Said he would call me back in an hr. or so. He never did. No one has ever emailed me or called since. No communication skill at all. Go elsewhere.
