Absolutely a pleasure to deal with Robert Shamie from US Mortgage Capital After a few refinancing nightmares with other companies, I approached US Mortgage Capital with some trepidation; however, all fears were alleviated as soon as Robert called the first time. He is very personable and willing to go the extra mile to not only help you get the best rate, but also to help you understand each and every step of the process. The others at US Mortgage Capital, including Shaindy Henninger and Lindsy Leben were also extremely helpful. We were up against the wall with getting the mortgage closed before another payment was due on the old mortgage, in addition to dealing with a new addition to our family (time constraints!!!!), and they got it done with no problem. Past experiences had me fearful of going through the process again, but US Mortgage Capital has completely and utterly changed my world view on mortgage refinancing. With the utmost professionalism and general caring, Robert, Shaindy, Lindsy and all of the US Mortgage Capital family made this an easy and pleasant experience.

I discovered Robert Shamie when I was surfing the internet looking to refinance my mortgage on my home. The rates offered at U. S. Mortgage Capital were significantly better than the rates being offered in my area. At first, I was cautious about doing business with a company I found through the internet but the rate displayed on their site was just too good to overlook. During the first phone call with Robert I felt comfortable with him but the refi mortgage process still seemed scary. The refi process could not have been any easier with Robert and his staff.
