She was highly knowledgeable about our options and how they would affect various purchase options. She was very patient as our new home search evolved and was ALWAYS available to answer our questions day to day as they arose. Maureen and her assistant kept us informed of every stage of the escrow process, so we never once wondered about the status of our loan. Finally, she made sure we understood every aspect of the loan costs. Maureen really went out of her way to ensure that this was a positive experience. It has been said, that “you can’t have it all, sometimes you have to choose.” I approached Maureen with several specific requirements for a loan on a new home: jumbo, specific down payment, specific interest rate, keep my current home until after I move, and a couple of other curve balls that made my loan challenging. I told Maureen that I would choose from among these if I had to, but to see what she could find. Throughout the entire process, I felt like she was working for me, not the bank. She didn’t just email me with a list of items that the bank needed and then play the middle person. She coached me through the entire process and delivered a loan that fit my exact needs.
