I have been working with Two Rivers Bank &Trust for the last 4 months. We are in the process of trying to buy a house and they have been helping us through the mortgage process. This is our first home we will be purchasing so we do not have much knowledge about the process. As any new home buyer knows, it can be very overwhelming and scary to make such a big purchase. Two Rivers has been amazing through this whole process. They are always there to answer any questions we have…which has been a lot. We have all learn with the fall of the real estate market that banks were not concerned if a family could afford a house, they just wanted to approve them for as much as they possibly could. At Two Rivers they think about the family and the expenses they have, and make sure that the mortgage amount fits their financial situation. They are always upfront about the cost that come with purchasing a home and make sure that we know what to expect when it is time for closing. We hope that the perfect home will come along soon and know that it will go smoothly because we have a reliable bank to turn to. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a bank to help with their mortgage or any banking needs to turn to Two Rivers Bank & Trust. Carrie Moore
