Our experience with Colby Gardner at Gershman Mortgage was outstanding. Colby handled everything from the pre approval all the way up till closing and well after we closed with questions we had! My Wife and I bought our first house back in February of 2014. Without David and Marks help the process would have been a lot more complicated. We went with the USDA Rural Development Loan, the 0% down was the way to go for us. Little did we know that there would be plenty of hoops to jump through to get that loan. With their help we went through the motions, got the assessments we needed, fixed what needed fixed, so on so forth. Not only did David help us with the loan, he helped us with everyday finances. I sincerely did get Educated, not just Sold, when I worked with Gershman. A+ from me.

We learned about Gershman after taking a Dave Ramsey class there. Buying a house with them was a breeze. They were upfront with expenses and helped us figure out what loan would be best, by showing all scenerios. We never felt unsure or uncomfortable because we could ask all the questions with comfort (even the "dumb" ones). Even after buying the house, we could email even after hours and would get a response. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a house or are just interested in the process. Get educated and not sold is the most true slogan for Gershman.
