Getting approved for the necessary resources to buy a house is one of the most important aspects of the buying process and it can all be overwhelming when one is trying to do so from a different state. I am very glad that I had the opportunity of working with Mr. Devin Fahrner with Finance of America and his team, including Ms. Susanne Schlador and Ms. Dawn Craft. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Fahrner’s depth of knowledge of the mortgage industry, as well as his professionalism, efficiency, and patience when dealing with clients. Mr. Fahrner took the time to explain the process of acquiring a mortgage and was always prompt in responding to my innumerable questions during the process. My husband and I closed on the house from a different state and Mr. Fahrner and his team coordinated everything seamlessly such that our transition to a new city and a new house was smooth and hassle-free. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Fahrner and his team!
