Have had high regard for the credit union until they got a new president. Everything is impersonal now and he seems to be making changes to make changes. There has not been any consideration for the customers and he really needs to go. He is too important to be e-mailed and contacted with concerns. This place will not remain my bank as long as he is there with his need for making the credit union a "big bank" with the attitudes that go with it. Nothing about this new person is interested in customers.

Lately TTCU has been blocking my online purchases with my bank card so I decided to go to the local branch to take care of the problem. I waited in the lobby for an entire hour while everyone who came in after me was called into the customer service offices. I asked why I was getting skipped and I was told I just needed to wait a little longer and that they called people based on who came in first. Out of frustration I left after sitting there for an hour and being told to "wait just one more minute".

When I purchased a car they set me up to a loan through ttcu. Over a year ago I switch the loan to my primary Bank. I went in to close the account and waited over 30 minutes for less than a 10-minute process. The Saving Grace is Cindy Swift who was very kind and helpful during the entire process. I did however not enjoy seeing 10 employees chit-chatting with each other while I waited. This is just a review of my visit today, but from this experience, I was not pleased.

I do not have an account here but I did talk to them about a mortgage on my house and they took the time to talk to me and told me not to go with them would be in my best interest and I actually have a way better rate with state farm. although this is probably not the case for most mortgages as mine was a special case they were nice enough to be honest and make some calls and get the best situation for me to go with.

Usually friendly people, though they are always in a hurry and a rush to close. I hurried to get there while fighting rush hour to make a loan payment and it was 5 minutes till 6 and they had already closed and locked up everything. They seem more concerned with getting out of work quickly rather than doing their job to help their customers.

Great bank! I switched from bancfirst after being treated like a criminal for wearing a hat, locking me out the bank. This bank has always taken care of me and helped me get my credit back on track.

This credit union does not take all financial factors for lending. The only considered one income not both working family members, but considered all the debt. Weird policy. Do not recommend.

Bad customer service and needs to learn how to talk to people over the phone. Bad policies as well. I do not recommend this credit union to anyone!

Sorry service told me i had 715 avalible next day only 119 then they charge me to use my own bank account not happy moving banks
