This bank is a disgrace to onpoint, they cannot get the atms to work a good majority of the time. And despite having the staff to service this area, you are going to wait and instead watch the staff play around with each other or their phones. This is going on many different times of the day, so unless they give it multi hour breaks their is no excuse. In short, this location alone makes me question banking with onpoint...

I attempted to use the ATM out front on a weekend, to deposit a check. The machine ate the check and did not issue the credit to my account. I have been unable to find the direct phone number to this branch on the website, to speak with them directly, which I find frustrating. I have filed a grievance which has yet to be resolved. Verdict is still out.
