bad. real bad customer service. tellers are always so rude and unhappy, specialy " linda" i just dont understand why go to work and be so unhappy she should just stay home. shes just so rude not even a hi, not even a thank you, and the way she looks at people when they walk in. omg its like if shes gona die or something. all they do its sit there. i cant belive those ladies, sad very sad.

Worst customer service, you could ever possibly think of, No hello or hi unfortunately I ended on the counter of "Linda" I guess she hate doing her job, is this bank ran by some kind of charity why I am saying that was do the employee get paid or its just a social service. Please Improve your customer service and please smile it wont cost any APR its free.

I waited for 40 mins to wait for my turn after singing up in the lobby for a service request. And after that it took 30 mins waiting inside the room for them to determine - that there is no one available to authorize my request. Waiting in a room for 30 mins - while they trying to figure out in the manager room - without notifying me was no fun.

I must agree with majority of the reviews. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, not knowledgeable with there products. This branch has made numerous mistakes on my account. It is time to move to another bank ASAP.
