this bank does not work with you or assist you as other credit unions do, i used this bank for a loan and they will apply ridiculous charges to you the first chance that they get. no forgiveness or moderation in the fees. i can understand being blown off by a teller when the issue is discussed but to be treated the same way by a branch manager is a little silly. "its a contract that you signed, read the fine print. call and ask the bank insurance estimators why they charge so much because i dont know how they determine pricing..." if you would like to have a bank that will work with you as a friend please use peoples community credit union or another credit union that you feel comfortable with upper management.

Worst credit union. Let me start by saying I banked with them for a couple years before things went bad. They stole my money and said I never deposited it, not my fault they had a old atm that when you deposit you have to put your cash in a envelope. Long story short I eventually talked to a higher up threatened litigation and they folded, paid me in full. Customer service was horrible from several bank tellers.

I have been with them since 1986 (when they were known as Oregon Telco) I use to jump banks all the time but as you can see I have been with them 30 years. Like all businesses you have issues from time to time. The great thing about Unitus is they have the goal of making it work (within the massive regulations) for you the customer. Those that are giving bad reviews obviously are leaving out pertinent facts.
