I have been a First Technology credit union customer for over a decade. Unfortunately ever since they were bought out and became First Tech Federal Credit Union their on line and phone service is terrible. So even though there is the same nice staff in the branches the rest of their service is the uncaring service, nickle and dime you with weird charges service other "mega banks" have. It makes me sad that I have to write this review because i used to love First Tech ;(.

While some of the staff are very friendly, the telephone banking is poor. I had to make two separate calls to get the telephone number of my local branch. Even then, the number I received was connected to a voicemail box. I was not able to get the information I needed. Telephone banking has been disappointing.
