Rivermark has been our main source for obtaining great interest rates and approvals for our customers. We utilize the CUDL Credit Union Directing Lender computer system to get approvals 7 days a week even if they happen to be closed. The customer support team within the CUDL dept is awesome and we appreciate all the very fast approvals! Having customers sign up with us on Rivermarks behalf saves our customers time as they can do all the paperwork at our store.

They are always so super friendly, and make everything very easy, I have t needed to actually go into a branch in a long while, bc there online service is so Wonder. Constantly I come up against nonsensical rules that feel like they are put in place arbitrarily. I am tired of dealing with inconsistent service. I will be closing my account and changing over to onpoint.
