Don Yearin is a true professional who conducted himself and his law practice in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards. He is a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced personal injury attorney. Additionally he did not hesitate to call on the support of competent professional experts and other legal resources to whom he is well connected. Mr. Yearin is an aggressive attorney, but despite his aggressive posture, he maintained a professional attitude and treated everyone, including the defending parties, in a respectful manner. He was dedicated to the case, committing whatever time was required to produce the best results. He conducted extensive, detailed research and he was focused and well prepared for each facet of the legal process. Personally Mr. Yearin is a caring man who is deeply concerned about the welfare of his clients. His compassionate support went beyond legal and financial matters. He always responded promptly and efficiently to telephone calls and emails. He listened to and evaluated personal input and implemented suggestions when practical to do so. We were pleased with the outcome and settlement amount negotiated by Mr. Yearin. The case was somewhat challenging and the outcome may have been less successful with representation by a less determined and resolute attorney. Don Yearin is therefore highly recommended as a personal injury attorney.

I was very Leary w/the small amount I was rushed & trying to be forced to take by the insurance company of an accident I was rear ended in (Clearly the other guys fault). After talking to him I was convinced my gut was right. I got through right away w/only seconds of a wait. He was very straight forward to the point. It was going to cost me nothing unless I needed representation at which point, it sounded as if the insurance company would just pay that due to being difficult & forcing me to resorting to getting an attorney. He also guaranteed me he would gladly do so if needed. Even gave his #, unlike some of these other consultations do, where they promise you they will check in on you & never do. Nope he gave his direct line. It was uplifting to know I had options & help if needed! He was very thorough about everything even went as far as telling me exactly what I should say when I asking for what I was owed & rightly deserved. He was very kind & caring. We are so grateful to Mr. Yearin who helped us with a very difficult auto insurance claim. Prior to contacting the Yearin Group, we were getting nowhere with our insurance company. They continued to drag their feet for over a month without acknowledging any responsibility all the while our car was out of service and we were incurring rental car charges and inconveniences.
