I cannot say enough great things about Robert. He went above and beyond simply handling my case, which he handled professionally and as well as it could have been. He kept me posted every step of the way. He gave me a clear understanding of all of my options, as well as any potential advantages or obstacles that would surface. He gave me insightful and well-intentioned recommendations, always with my best interests and wishes in mind. The result of my case was absolutely the best that I could have hoped for, and has presented me with the best opportunity to continue on with my life, and to continue the pursuit of my dreams. He also took a personal interest in my well being, reaching out to me, like a family member, close friend, or a loved one would, if he did not hear from me for some time. He was crucial in reassuring my family that all would be well, while not violating any of the privacy and confidentiality afforded to my by attorney client privilege. Even with my case over, and my having moved 2,200 miles away recently, he called me yesterday just to see how I was doing. I consider Robert much more than my attorney. I had a personal injury case and Mr. Dodell was great! From the beginning I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He did everything you would expect, like: dealing with the insurance company; negotiating a good settlement and keeping me from being bothered with needless calls. He also did things I did not expect. for example, answering his phone at 10PM. I just had a question and thought I would leave him voice mail, but he answered. I was a bit embarrassed to call him so late but he said not to worry about it. He answered my question thoroughly and patiently. I say patiently because over the course of the case, I had many questions. Each time he answered completely and fully. In the end, he treated me fairly, got excellent results and treated me like I was the customer.
