If there was something less than 1 star and worse than hated it, I would select that option. Every call center joke you have ever heard applies to this group of incompetent losers. Their entire employee base must have eaten paint chips as children. Dealing with them is like being in the movie Ground Hog Day, I have been re-resolving issues with them that were resolved and cleared back to 2014 and they just magically come up again. These are the kind of people that cause gun violence in America, just maddeningly stupid.

Customer service agents are rude and uneducated. They lack basic verbal and conversational skills to explain and resolve simple issues. Although Payflex is not hiring reps from overseas, their customer service team members are in no way skilled enough to do the job. Website is poorly laid out, with endless links leading to dead ends. Whomever it is running this company should be booted along with the management team in charge of hiring.

We have been unable for 2 months to get customer service or IT to follow through and correct a website error that is blocking us from accessing our money. We have called, emailed and written a letter. Many promises of getting this issue resolved, but nothing is actually done. Horrible customer service. They have our money, but we can not use it. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Wrong name for a company if you ask me! About the least flexible company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Held my flex spending benefits hostage and made it difficult to resolve my issue. Sad to say I will not be using flex benefits next year. Not worth the hassle of dealing with this company! I would give no stars if I could, but one star was the only way to publish this!

Terrible this place is clueless, spoke Marvin he cannot get anything accomplished. they sent me notifications that my former employer opened an account (from 4+ years ago) with no balance. I never opened any such account. next spoke with a Lisa who could not find me in their system. this organization needs to get their act together would never recommend them to my enemys

their website is convoluted, and non intuitive. The worst I have ever used. The simplest thing, such as how to submit a receipt becomes time intensive. And, they just updated the site , it Is now worse than before

DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!!! THEY ARE SO SCATTERED AND UNORGANIZED.The worst of the worst. They turn down all of your receipts and steal your money. Did it to me for years before I got wise and kicked them to the curb.
