Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!!! Worst service for that I have ever received in an insurance company. They accuse of stealing money when they misplace it, and then they make you go back and fourth for some stupid tags for your car. Tomorrow will be the fourth time I go back for the tags and hopefully they are there. My reps name is Martha a clutz and ditz that has no clue of what she is doing. She "loses" the money and then blames you as if you were a crook. She is confused most of the time and then acts like she has no idea of what is going on! To bad I have to give this review some type of star.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would I have never delt with a company so impersonal in my life. I called them to get an insurance quote they took my money over the phone never sent me a confirmation email neither anything in the mail with evidence that they were giving the insurance contacted then back they kept trying to tell me they would call me back and they never did ended up having to call my bank and dispute this matter please save yourself the trouble and do not use this company

Horrible! Called in to make an appointment. When I went in for my appointment they told me I had to wait cause there were other(5-6) people there before me. But none of them had an appointment. Why have me make an appointment just to have me wait along with everyone that were just walk ins. I would of given a rate of ZERO!!!
