The initial rep that we dealt with was Cameron over the phone and he was really helpful and treated us with respect and had great customer service skills. However when we came into the office the woman behind the desk was EXREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND SPOKE TO US WITH A SARCASTIC TONE. I was extremely embarrassed and angry that someone in a place of business is allowed to act lime a complete MONSTER! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN FACT I WILL DO THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE!! THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW OFFICE PERSONEL IMMEDIATELY!!

I GAVE A FRIEND 500 TO BAIL SOME ONE OUT, AND SHE WENT IN AND SPLIT THE MONEY WITH AN EMPLOYEE AND NEVER BAILED MY FRIEND OUT AND I AM OUT 500 DOLLARS, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE LOWLIFE CROOKS AND LEAVE YOUR PEOPLE HANGING IN JAIL, GONNA WRITE A REPORT TO THE B.B.B. BLACKJACK BAIL BONDS GET MY FRIEND OUT OF JAIL LIKE I PAID FOR AND I WILL RECONSIDERED THIS POST, BUT NOT UNTIL THEN!

Wonderful! My sister went to jail and I am totally clueless as I live outta state these ladies here were great! They made bailing her out so easy and I didnt feel taken. They were fast friendly and even put my sister through to me on a 3way call! Cause she wasnt able to call me. All I can say is if anyone else goes to jail blackjack is the way to go they were great! Thanks girls you rock!

STAY AWAY. They get zero stars from me. They are very rude and not helpful. They DO NOT want to return your collateral. My bond was exonerated 4 months ago and they still have not released the funds to me. I call everyday and it is a dirrerent excuse everytime. I am going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow about proceeding with legal actrion against them if anyone else is interested.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE ! THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THERE COLLATERAL DEPARTMENT IS A MESS ! YOU DONT EVEN GET TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON, YOU TALK TO THEIR ANSWER MACHINE AND HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY GET BACK TO YOU! IT IS RIDICULOUS !!! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE !!!!

THEIFS.... Never again will I go threw them . They took money as collateral on top of the money for bail without my permission then tell me it will take 10 weeks to get money back that they did not have permission to take In the first place . That should be illegal
