He was polite and super professional his staff not so, I was super disappointed by them. They asked me to text my last card to them which I did and later someone from his office wasn’t paying attention and text me back the dirty laundry of their personal life. I was shocked to say the least. When I responded back they had the wrong number I got the shocked response that it was an accident. Everyone makes mistakes but I’m kinda like why weren’t they paying attention in the first place. They whole thing made me question was I sending my information to a company phone or to a personal phone and some employee was just wandering around with my personal information. I kept the policy mike was very professional. Plus he worked with me with my rate which is why I stayed but that incident just about made me switch. Be careful if they ask you to text your cards or any information, if I could go back I’d have sent it all via email to a company email.

Bought a new 2016 truck and had all four tires stolen by some young thugs(still mad about it to this day). However, Michael Farris and his team at Allstate did everything in their power to get all four tires replaced as soon as possible and were very empathetic with my situation. When the commercial says "in good hands" I felt that very way. So happy I moved over to Allstate.

Completely unethical. Tried to purchase coverage for me and my son. My son was never covered under his policy and Michael Farris lapse my start date of coverage for a week in order to receive a kick back from Allstate. Worst insurance agent on record!!!!!

Been a customer since June 2016. Find your agency to be very professional and friendly. Have not filed any claims to date, so I can not comment on that portion of your business. Only negative is that your auto coverage seems to be priced too high.
