Not only that, but she has always been willing to help me find ways to save money and figure out what insurance coverage would suit my needs the best. And her co- worker Laura is awesome !!! Every month she will call to remind me when my payment is due knowing how forgetful I am !!!! Also, she is always willing to make necessary changes regarding my policy due to the fact that I frequently change cars that I own and drive. Because of their excellent customer service I am committed to being a client with Melissa Jones Insurance as long as I am able to drive !!!
