I am 35 years old and have never in my life received worse customer service. I have dealt with call centers in India (Sprint) that did a far better job and in some cases spoke much clearer English that the people at this bank. They told me things that proved not to be true, they refused to transfer me to a supervisor when they knew what they had done. I spoke with several people including an "Elina" that stated that my card was active and usable, and when I went to use it I was declined over and over again. It took them almost two weeks to straighten out whatever it was they had screwed up in the first place while basically denying me access to thousands of dollars of my own money. Long story short, only ever use this bank if you like screaming and tearing your hair out in clumps.

the tellers in Lynn are very little help and have a bit of an attitude or maybe they just don’t care. I’ve had an account for over 5 years now, started in at the brand in Chelsea and every time I go there all of the tellers are new. I’ve seen my fees go up and in the meantime Metro keeps building new branches, huge new buildings. Makes me wonder why all of my fees keep going up. They should be a little less worried about market share and worry about how to benefit it’s members, after all this is what a credit union is supposed to do. Their online banking is a joke, I lost my ATM card once while on vacation, called the 1800 number and they didnt know anythign about Metro ... my point is bring your business somewhere else, they will mismanage your money.

Staff staff staff get more poeple to work here. Lines always a mile long but 2 tellers is not enough.. always wait at least 10-15 mintes everytime and this is not the telllers/ employees it who ever does the schedule... reason y i took my account elsewhere

Been banking with Metro for over 6 years and they are the absolute best. Low fees, great account options and amazing customer service. Would strongly reccomend to anyone.
