My family has worked with Jessica McNeely for the past two-three years in obtaining the best possible deals for our mortgage needs. She first helped my daughter and son-in-law a little over two years ago obtain their first time home buyers loan. She was absolutely outstanding helping them through all the necessary hoops and hurdles that it takes to get a first time loan. She was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and took the time to help them realize their dream of owning their own home! She also helped my husband and myself obtain a mortgage at the best possible rate in order to keep our house payments manageable through the time when my husband would retire in a few years and help us achieve the peace of mind of knowing that our payments would not be a problem when he did actually retire. One of their mortgage originators gave out confidential information to an agent who was not their client. Then the originator proceeded to vehemently deny they shared the information. Later, the recipient of the confidential information gloated about their newfound knowledge and how they obtained the information. I will never send a client to this company. Risky Business.
