I have been a customer of CFCU for 12 years and it has proven to be a great selection of a banking institution; I am VERY satisfied with my selection!! Though I have had many good experiences with many staff members, I wanted to express my deep gratitude and satisfaction with Mrs. Bianca Celaya. A few weeks ago I stopped to do some account maintenance and fix a little trouble shooting that I was having with my account. Once again, I was helped by Bianca. As usual, she was very cordial, friendly and professional. Actually she was extremely professional and had a positive willingness to help. I think most people that deal with customer service, would’ve given me a couple of cordial instructions and washed their hands leaving the rest of the job in my hands. Bianca always maintained a positive attitude and I could perceive her sincere spirit of cooperation though that meant stopping what she was doing and spending the next hour with me and having the phone on hold with another banking institution whose customer service leaves nothing good to be desired… Thanks to her high level of customer service, not only I got all my needs and requests taken care of, but I was also able to transfer my newest car loan to CFCU and cancel the it with the other bank which makes me feel great and like “Welcome Home Sir!”. These days, it’s had to find the high level of sincere customer service provided by Bianca I learned a while ago that “feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a gift and never giving it”… So there you go: Sincerely THANK YOU Bianca for showing such outstanding care to your customers! Banking with CFCU and visiting your branch is always a pleasure!

COastal is a crooked business. I was referred to a rep who had apparently been lying to me for the past few months. I got in an accident that totaled my car that I had with them. I got over financed by the dealer so my GAP did not cover the remaining balance. Every time I call they treat me like an animal because it’s past due which is unfair I still have to pay them for a car I don’t have. They send threatening letters saying they are taking me to court if I don’t pay. The lady told me to cancel my GAP for the vehicle which was a scheme for them to get money from me. The check went to the and they applied it to the balance instead of telling me that she said I’d receive a check and they still want me to make monthly payment of $100 even though they just took my GAP check of the money I spent and applied it to the account. STAY FAR AWAY FROM COASTAL I PROMISE THEY WILL NOT BE ON YOUR SIDE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR CAR. I’m disgusted with this business.

My husband and I are members of CFCU for many years. We have always been pleased with the customer service. The individuals at the branches are always pleasant, willing to answer questions and will spend looking up what every we need. I have also had great experience when I have had to call in to ask for help with their online banking. Also, if you want to apply for a loan the process is so easy and the loan officers are very helpful.

Customer service is poor when you try to call your local branch, because all calls in the area are routed to one number and wait is long. You should not have to wait so long to get a simple question answered. Customer service is not a top priority when they make us wait
