Be aware of False Advertisement: The US Bank FlexPerks Signature card says you get the complimentary 12 Go-Go Wi-Fi In-flight passes for a year. When I tried several times this year, the site that led to says: " this card is NOT associated with the US Bank", denying the complimentary pass. When I talk to the US Bank employees they always blame Go-Go folks and vice versa. How could I trust a bank that cannot fix the problem yet lure the consumers for non-existing benefits? Wake up US Bank, you fix the problem with GO-Go people so that the card holders can redeem what they deserve!

Horrible customer service. Called for card help and the guy on the other end was slurring his speech and put me on hold for +35 minutes until I had to hang up and call another branch that helped me within less than 4 minutes.
