This is a super friendly location with an awesome staff. They are always there to help! The only this is, the location can become very busy because it is the only location in the Richmond area, so I think they should add a larger location in Short Pump and Chesterfield. Adding these locations would accommodate the influx of new people to the Richmond area with NFCU accounts.

This is not directed at this particular branch but to Navy Federal as a whole. They are no different than any large corporate bank and they have no regard of their customers unexpected situations. They want their money and they will get it whenever and however they can, to include withdrawing funds from your account without any sort of notice.
