Horrible customer service! What happened to all the people we are dealing with machines now?? Chase get with the program this is not how to keep people and deal with them!!! Frustrating it seems like a BANK is trying to save money by using machines and letting all the tellers go, this place has lost all common business sense!

Atm at drive thru ALWAYS has a problem. "This ATM cannot print receipts. This ATM cannot accept deposits. This ATM cannot dispense cash." Wait....what is an ATM for? More often than not, dispensing cash!! Good luck finding anyone that actually cares also. The managment could care less.

Terrible customer service on a numerous occasions. Finally had time to open an account and was told I needed to make an appointment. What! Hard to get help when you need it. Understaffed. Time to switch banks.

I have been using this branch for 3 years. Rarely is there a problem. More people at counters during busy times would be nice but you get great service from all who work there.
