Worst bank ever. My mother was closing on a house and was giving form to do a wire transfer we made a small mistake and was meet by a rude teller name Ashanti. She rudely told us that we filled out the form wrong. When asked how to fill the form out she rudely told us how and when I told her she was rude she proceeded to argue with me and my mother. Ashanti has bad customer service. And by the way a new teller told us to fill out the form wrong and she got the information from Ashanti. Bad tellers bad customer service and they charge for EVERYTHING.

I was trying to find out what is required to open a business checking account. I just keep getting voice mails with every number I push. Is this the new way to do business? What happened to customer service with an actual person? If I cannot get someone on the phone when I am trying to open an account, how am I going to get someone on the phone if I have a problem in the future with my account?

The bank itself is great, they always worked with me and refunded multiple accidental overdraft fees. I love this credit union and recommend it to everyone.The only reason not 5 stars is that this place is very slow. The drive through is horrible most of the time and the place just seems understaff.

Great customer service and staff. They lost a point for turning me down for a car loan, despite great credit. Ended up financing thru Capital One for a lower rate then they would have offered me even if had been approved.

The staff is good. However if you live in the Cobb area i would not recommend this bank because there are no other credit unions nor atms to go to without having a long drive or paying access atm fees.
