I would like to thank Mr. George Cole and his staff at NCES for helping me through a very difficult situation. After purchasing a timeshare several years ago I was notified that I still owed some maintenance fees. I was told they were still trying to contact me through an email address that was not mine. My first knowledge of this, I was contacted by a collection agency which told me that the original fee of six- hundred dollars turned into sixteen- hundred dollars due to late fees and collection costs which they demanded right a way. I contacted Mr. Cole and was given a document to send to the collection agency telling them they had thirty-days to respond, twelve-days later I received a letter from the collection agency informing me they no longer wanted to handle that debt and was turning it back over to the original creditor. Upon contacting the original creditor, I was informed that I only owed them the sum of six-hundred dollars. I would like to thank Mr. Cole and his staff for all their help and I appreciate their effort and dedication helping people resolve their credit issues. Sincerely, Roy English

I met George Cole through my mother who previously worked with him at NCR. When I decided to sign up with his company National Credit education services (NCES), I told my mom and she strongly advised against it (moms know best). Against her advice I signed up anyway. Mr. Cole explained the process to me that items on my credit will either be reversed to show paid as agreed or be delete from my credit file. I submitted all information required to start the process. In addition I signed up with Equifax to monitor my credit activity. After the initial disputes was sent out (with little or no success), months went by with no activity from NCES. I had to call the office each time to initiate any action. Finally after an almost a year of calling, I was told by the young lady who answers the phone that my service period had ended. I asked her how can you end a service that was never rendered, she told me that was the policy. I asked to speak with Mr. Cole, she responded “He’s in a meeting; I’ll have him to call you.” I haven’t received that call yet. PS I have the Documents to validate this

STAY AWAY... SCAM!!!!! CON!!!!!! SCAM!!!!! CON!!!!!! George Cole is a liar and he has ripped several people off that I know personally. When you call the office no one ever remembers your file and when you paid. the women he has answer in the phones are complete idiots. He sits his fat ass in his office and eats all day because every time I have called he is out to lunch or eating. Then he has the nerves to include GOD in his youtube videos. This dude tells everyone the same live he can get items deleted and he will reverse all of your negative accouts to show they have been paid on time. LIES!!!

Afters years of making bad financial decisions and poor credit practices, I assumed my credit was irreparable. NCES was able to restore my credit by challenging erroneous information on my credit report and by taking a systematic approach to rebuilding the integrity of it.They do this by fostering a culture of educating the consumer and by implementing a plan to service to their individual needs.I would highly recommend NCES to anyone who wants a new lease on life!-Don Woods
