i like becu compared to other credit unions or banks. i love being able to use the atms because you can insert cash and checks. makes things so much quicker. i took a star off because the one time i came in one of the staff member guys (the big white guy with the lazy eye) was so lost and could not help me but usually i dont have to deal with people or tellers and thats how i like it!

Gary at the Tacoma branch is outstanding. The place was packed, the CSRs were backed up, but they kept us informed as to why and what wait time would be. Jennifer in the Seattle office gave great long distance service via phone and email. Getting our first HELOC was easy and painless. My credit score went down only 3 points as a result of the hard inquiry. We are new members, too.

I am so upset with this company. They have been holding my check because I am a "new member". If you are in fact a new member, I suggest cashing your check and waiting to deposit until your 90 day period is over. The online convenience of opening an account is the only reason they have 2 stars and not 1.

Excellent and punctual service. Wait times are busy right after business hours when everyone gets off work. Staff is warm and welcoming and are usually very attentive to customer needs. Would recommend to anyone for low hassle banking.

Had fraudulent purchases on my account, the man there helped me get my money back, super friendly and gave me suggestions for credit and other things in the future. BECU rocks, never had an overdraft fee or bad service.

I really like this branch. I usually hop between here and the one on Bridgeport. Seems most people are here for the ATM. Which meant I got to slide in and talk to a banker asap and it was very smooth.

Great bank, No tellers at this location, just machines. They are taking over. Machines are okay, they just dont take coins. They do have staff there during banking hours.

Good and decent service. However, very busy. If you want to open a business account, it is best to set an appointment. They were able to fit me in but it is very busy.
