Following an entire day of traveling from the east coast to visit my ailing Father, I was told "5-10 min for a pick up" after waiting for 40 minutes and calling twice with no answer I decided to just walk a few miles to my hotel with all of my luggage in tow, arriving at midnight. Thanks for your courtesy and reliability Desert City Cab! You suck!

Asked the dispatcher to pick up my Grandma at a street address. She asked me three different times what the address was . I called back to see why she wasnt picked up and she told me she wasnt sure if it was a business or residence. I told her it doesnt matter just pick up my 80 year old grandma. REALLY bAD CO
