this bank wouldnt cash a payroll check , but they would accept the check as a deposit , then could not give me a reason why , and there was no manager on duty , then called customer service and they had no clue of whats going on ,if you ask me all financial institutions that wright there own laws are criminal enterprises STAY AWAY

Not the best experience with ATM Machines. Drive Up ATM line was long with people depositing checks...so went to walk up ATM to find no cash is available. Got back into ATM drive up line to wait for 4 other cars to deposit checks. Wish they would use the Wells Fargo App to deposit checks over the phone.

I have always been treated VERY well! Started with Wachovia right here on Old Kings after Bank of America became the worst bank on the planet. I have had nothing but positive and great experiences with Wachovia and now with Wells Fargo.

A simple transfer of funds was a comedy of errors which took 2 days to straighten out. The routing notification went to the New York bank while the funds were transferred across the street to,the SunTrust bank.
