Very dissapointed. Loan tellers (Angel and Beverly) on Oak St proccessed our paperwork to be sent off to loan officer, a week later after calling Safe 1 we are informed they misplaced our loan documents. We then return back to the branch redo paperwork and were promised a phone call the next day by Ms. Rutledge whom we never heard from. After contacting the branch again I was told by Laura that them misplacing our paperwork was our fault. Thankfully Delfina stepped in and took care of her incompetent co-workers debauchery.

The employees here are exceptional bar none, the former manager Pat was awesome. I have banked with this branch for some time now and every time I needed help they were always eager to help me out. A good, safe place to keep your money.
