It unfortunate that this Chase bank now boots the cars of people who live in the neighborhood & only park their cars in the lot overnight due to the lack of parking available in the downtown stamford area. It is such a disservice because I am quite sure many of these people are also customers of chase bank. And the irony of it all is the fact that the recent overnight parking attendant they have watching the lot now can be found in the waiting vestibule of the residential building directly next door because he is freezing. So he can use the neighbors heat but the neighbors cant use the lot. SHAME ON YOU CHASE!!!

I have never had an issue with this bank. I noticed that most of the bad reviews were complaints about the parking. Well, the staff are very friendly and I am comfortable with this bank. This place really does go the extra mile for you. A merchant accidentally charged my card a wrong fee causing me to go in debt and my insufficient funds were waived because the manager was understanding. What an act of generosity! Also, thank you Frances for being patient with me! I have never been treated with such kindness!

This bank will boot your car if you park in the lot after hours. A rep from their towing company sits in his car and watches you park there and as soon as you leave he will boot your car and charge you $95 to remove it. He certainly could have told me not to park there. SHAME ON CHASE BANK. Do they need money that badly?

My car was booted while a guy was watching me. He could have said something and I would have moved. They must be making a fortune on this scam because he was sitting in a BMW.

This branch condones the booting of customer cars by means of entrapment and strong-arm fines of at least $95.00.
