It is a 3 day weekend. I used my ATM card Friday evening to make a deposit at the branch. It would not accept my ATM card. Went to store Saturday to make purchase. Declined my debit card. Called phone # on back of debit card, I was told I do not have a valid account. (I have do have a valid account and about to go to closing on a house...what can be wrong? Starting to panic). Went home, called phone number on the website..(same #). Different woman answers, but told the same thing. I do not have a valid account. (Really started to panic). Asked how I can get this settled quickly. Its a 3 day weekend...banks closed. I need to get to my money. They give me a local 321 phone #. Turns out to be the branch # that is CLOSED! Forwards me to the same number I was just talking to that keeps telling me I do not have a valid account. Try it one more time. A different person answers. She tries to help me more, hearing the frustration in my voice. After giving her my social security #, checking account #, PLUS the ATM card #, I am still told, I am not a valid account holder. No one can help me. Here I sit..until the local bank opens. Which will make me late for work, because they do not open until 9:00am. If I am told I am not a valid account holder and they can not find me...yes, you may be reading about me in the news as then I will panic.

Online banking is never correct. Shows nothing being held, and shows deposit, yet wont pay an automatic bill payment do to NSF, and charges me $30 for it. Then it addes the deposit after! So rediculous. They dont have set drive thru tellers, so you have to sit and wait for the desk girls to get done to help you. Girls at desk are super nice, but the bank is terrible.

Worst bank I have ever banked with. They entered in my birthday wrong, social wrong, and gave me a debit card with a faulty 3-digit code on the back. Their lack of communication speaks for itself. Save yourself the headache, go for another bank.

Not customer oriented, putting helping the customer first with financial issues, that are beyond the customers control, such as divorce, moving, terminal illness. Unfortunately life is not black and white and explainable on a piece of paper.

Third World banking at its finest, problems with their "bill payer": FISERV = bounced payments, overdraft charges, blame shifting.save yourself a headache, use Community, Navy, or Space Coast.
