I own a small business in Mobile, AL and this company has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with. My local sales rep told me FALSE information that trapped me into a 36 month lease NOT TO MENTION my equipment DOES NOT WORK!!! When I called SEVERAL times begging for help i was told that she no longer was my rep and that she had a different job now....therefore I only had these guys at the 1-800 number and THEY WILL NOT HELP ME!!! They are still taking money out of my account every month even though I use Square services now. They will not let me return the device I am leasing (that never worked properly) and they will not let me cancel. So now I am getting my lawyer involved. Do not use this company. They dont care about the people, just your money!!!

What a Scam Artists! I do not understand how a good company like Costco will have such a shyster corporation like Elavon as their preferred credit card processor. Elavon uses Deceptive techniques and They will overcharge you over what they originally promised you without blinking an eye. Watch out! check your bank statements! we terminated our contract with Elavon and closed our merchant account , but they kept on charging our bank account for minimum monthly fees! and to top it all off, Elavon has Very poor customer service that is unapologetic and comes up with lame excuses when confronted. Elavon is the absolute worst in Customer service bar none!

We had a problem with erroneously processed amounts and needed support to fix our mistake. Both Kayla from customer service and Linda in the database department were extremely professional and helpful. Although working with a call center here, there was immediate and quick help - no endless wait in the phone loop. Polite, quick, professional - highly recommended. By the way, our fees with Elavon are so much lower than with any other offers we received.

Terrible company. I have small business so After 1 year, very High fees so I called to cancel my account they said if I return credit merchant they will charge me 850$. If not return they will charge 950$ over. They have office in my us bank so I thought will try them but so disappointed. BE CAREFUL to deal with their business. Be shocking about to cancel account. I wish I read reviews before do business with Elavon

Horrible company and horrible experience. Good luck trying to close your account. It took me several months and i received apology after apology while they continued charging my account. Now my "refund" for the unwaranted charges is being "processed" for the second month

These people are so rude, NOT ONE person cares to help anyone. They need to do some cleaning out, find people that enjoy helping customers!!!! I will pay 10xs more not to ever deal with these people again! 0 stars!!!!!!!!

Been a loyal customer for years finding out they were charging monthly fees of $28 for customer service which I never used and up to 4 5.45% on credit card charges. Total rip.
